The Amazing Wedding Countdown Timer

One day I wrote a quick and dirty countdown timer for our wedding... a colleague saw it and wanted a copy for her wedding... then a friend wanted her own copy... then word got out... and lots of people wanted one.

So here it is! A wedding countdown timer that you can configure with your own names and wedding date.

If you're already married, it will tell you how long you've been married.

The download is a ZIP file which you must first unzip (see www.winzip.com). There is no install procedure; simply run the "WCTimer.exe" file from any location.

Note: For some reason the program will not run properly in the bottom right hand corner of the screen when you have Auto-hide activated for your Start menu bar. You can get around this by running it without Auto-hide, moving it away from the bottom of your screen, and then turning Auto-hide back on. The countdown timer will remember where you last put it. Unfortunately, with Auto-hide turned on, you cannot place the countdown timer near the bottom of your screen.
